On January 22nd, at 9:00 am, the 2019 annual summary commendation and staff representative conference of Yingkou Derui Chemical Co., LTD was held in the staff canteen. More than 150 people attended the conference, including Professor Liu Qingchen, founder of "Sanzheng", Mr. Liu Zhixun, chairman of Shenghai Investment and Secretary of Yingchuang Sanzheng Party Committee, Mr. Liu Jian, production director of Yingxin Technology, Ms. Shang Fuli, executive director of Yingchuang Sanzheng, Mr. Qi Changliang, director of Yingchuang Sanzheng ESH, and all the management and staff representatives of Derui Chemical.

Agenda 1: the chair announces the meeting. All rise and play the national song.
Agenda 2: Participants will listen to and review the work summary of 2019 and work arrangement for 2020 made by Mr. Liu Yubao, Executive Deputy General Manager, on behalf of the management. In the conclusion, Mr. Liu Yubao first comprehensively summarized the work of the company in 2019, then reported the key work of the company and various departments in 2020, and finally, Mr. Liu Yubao quoted the words of General Secretary Xi Jinping: "Happiness comes from hard work" and encouraged all participants. The meeting reviewed and approved the work summary of Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu Yubao in 2019 and the work arrangement for 2020.
Agenda 3: Mr. Liu Zhixun, chairman of Shenghai Investment and Secretary of Yingchuang Sanzheng Party Committee, made an important speech. He put forward strict requirements for the next step of Derui Chem, and hoped that Derui Chem would change its inherent management thinking and speed up its development in the New Year.
Agenda 4: Commendation and reward: Ma Yong, technical director, read out the award decision, Yang Yu, deputy manager of the general management department, read out the award speech, the award has the most master award, the proposal to improve the star award table, selfless dedication award table 10 awards, a total of 23 employees won 500 yuan gift card award.

Agenda 7: Mr. Wang Ruimin, chairman of the board, made a speech. He first accepted the criticism of Chairman Liu Zhishun with an open mind, and expressed his sincere gratitude to the employees who made silent contributions to the company in 2019 without any return. Finally, he made a deployment of the company's work plan for 2020.
